Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Fenris, a research workflow for public insider filing data, market context, alerts, Lab hypotheses and pattern analysis.

Last updated: 1 June 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing the website, joining the waitlist, creating an account or using Fenris, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Fenris provides

Fenris provides tools for monitoring public SEC filings, ranking insider activity, reviewing historical outcomes, saving research, generating Lab hypotheses, drafting notes and identifying patterns that may deserve further investigation.

Features may change during the prelaunch period. Some features may be experimental, delayed, limited by plan, unavailable in certain regions or dependent on third-party data providers.

3. No financial advice

Fenris is provided for informational and research purposes only. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, exchange, custodian, trading venue, tax adviser or legal adviser.

Alerts, rankings, briefings, Lab hypotheses, patterns, drafts and any other outputs are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, short or otherwise trade any security or financial instrument.

4. User responsibility and investment risk

You are solely responsible for your own research, decisions, risk management and compliance obligations. Do not rely on Fenris as the sole basis for an investment or trading decision.

Insider activity can be meaningful context, but it can also be routine, misleading, delayed, offset by other information or unrelated to future performance. Past performance and historical outcomes do not guarantee future results.

5. Data accuracy and limitations

Fenris relies on public filings, market data and third-party systems. Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, incorrectly parsed, affected by corporate actions, adjusted after publication or subject to provider errors.

Fenris may use split-aware price handling, outlier guards and other quality controls, but no automated process can guarantee complete or error-free results.

6. Lab hypotheses, patterns and drafts

The Lab is designed to organize research ideas. A hypothesis is a structured prompt for further investigation, not a conclusion, rating or instruction. A pattern is an observed relationship in available data, not proof of causation.

You should independently verify every filing, price reference, company fact, market condition and assumption before acting on any output from Fenris.

7. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and notify Fenris if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, overload, attack or disrupt Fenris or its providers.
  • Reverse engineer, copy or bypass technical restrictions.
  • Use Fenris for unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing activity.
  • Resell, redistribute or commercialize data without permission.
  • Submit malicious code, spam or unauthorized automated requests.

9. Plans, subscriptions and billing

Paid plans may unlock additional capacity, alerts, Lab features, data views and workflow tools. When Fenris is distributed through Apple App Store or Google Play, subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by the relevant store.

Billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, trial and tax terms are shown by the store or payment channel at purchase time. You are responsible for managing subscriptions through the channel used for purchase.

10. Waitlist and founding discounts

Waitlist positions and founding discounts may be limited by availability, fraud prevention, eligibility checks and launch timing. Fenris may modify or end founding offers before purchase where required to prevent abuse or correct errors.

11. Intellectual property

Fenris, including its interface, workflows, software, branding, compiled analyses and original content, is owned by Fenris or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

You retain rights to your own submitted notes and account content, but grant Fenris the limited rights needed to host, process, secure and display that content as part of the service.

12. Third-party services

Fenris may rely on hosting, database, analytics, crash reporting, notification, market data, app-store and payment services. Third-party services may have their own terms and availability limits.

13. Service availability

Fenris is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, network issues, app-store review, security events or technical errors.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fenris is not liable for investment losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, missed alerts, data errors, delayed filings, outages, business interruption or decisions made using the service.

15. Suspension and termination

Fenris may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, misuse the service, fail to pay applicable fees or if continued access would create legal or operational risk.

16. Changes to these terms

Fenris may update these terms as the product, legal requirements or business model evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the app, website or email where appropriate.

17. Contact
