  • Device, push notification, crash, diagnostic and usage data.
  • Billing status, store product identifiers and transaction references where needed to manage subscriptions.

3. Market and filing data

Fenris processes public SEC filings, company identifiers, insider names, transaction details and market data to provide alerts, rankings, historical context, Lab hypotheses and pattern analysis. Public market and filing data is not treated as private user account data.

4. How Fenris uses data

Fenris uses data to:

  • Provide accounts, app access, alerts, saved research and Lab workflows.
  • Reserve and verify founding discounts.
  • Send requested product, waitlist and support communications.
  • Prevent abuse, secure the service and diagnose errors.
  • Measure reliability, understand feature usage and improve the product.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, store and security obligations.

5. Legal bases

Where applicable, Fenris processes personal data based on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations and consent. For example, consent may apply to optional marketing emails or push notifications, while contract performance applies to providing account access and paid features.

6. AI, automation and profiling

Fenris may use automated systems to rank filings, detect patterns, summarize research context and generate Lab hypotheses or drafts. These outputs are research aids. They do not make legally binding decisions about users and do not provide personalized financial advice.

7. Service providers

Fenris may use hosting, database, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, notification, email, security, app-store, payment and market data providers. Providers are used only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

8. Sharing and sale of personal data

Fenris does not sell personal data. Fenris may share data with service providers, app stores, payment processors, authorities where legally required, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, financing or acquisition.

9. Retention

Fenris keeps personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, including account operation, support, security, legal, accounting, billing and abuse-prevention needs.

Deleted accounts are removed or deactivated where technically possible. Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal compliance, billing history, fraud prevention, dispute handling or security.

10. International transfers

Fenris and its providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, Fenris relies on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

11. Security

Fenris uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep account credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access.

12. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal data, request portability, withdraw consent or complain to a supervisory authority.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails, manage push notifications in device settings and request account deletion through the app or the public deletion page.

13. Children

Fenris is not intended for children. The service is designed for users who can make independent financial research decisions and satisfy the minimum age required in their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to this policy

Fenris may update this policy as the product, providers or legal requirements change. Material updates will be communicated through the website, app or email where appropriate.
