Delete your Fenris account
Fenris supports account deletion in the app and by email request. This page explains what is deleted, what may be retained and how to submit a request.
Delete in the app
Open Fenris, go to Account, then Security, and choose Delete account. The app will ask for confirmation before deletion.
Request deletion by email
Email support@fenrislab.com from the address linked to your Fenris account. Use the subject "Fenris account deletion request".
Fenris may ask for confirmation to protect accounts from unauthorized deletion requests.
What is deleted or deactivated
Account profile, authentication data, saved research, alert rules, watchlists, Lab drafts, push device tokens and app-specific personal settings are deleted or deactivated where technically possible.
What may be retained
Records required for legal compliance, tax, accounting, billing history, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security logs, backups or abuse prevention may be retained for the minimum period needed.
Public SEC filings, public market data and derived aggregate product analytics are not deleted as account data unless they are directly tied to your personal account.
Subscriptions
Deleting a Fenris account may not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel subscriptions through the store account used for purchase.
