Include the email used in the app, your device platform, app version if available and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, private keys or brokerage credentials.
Account and access
For login, invite, founding discount or plan access issues, include the email used to join the waitlist and the store account used for any subscription purchase if relevant.
Billing support
App-store subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Fenris can help investigate account access, entitlement and discount issues, but cancellations and refunds may need to be handled through the store where the purchase was made.
Data quality reports
If an alert, price adjustment, split, filing, Lab hypothesis or pattern appears wrong, send the ticker, filing date, affected screen and a screenshot. Fenris will review the source data and correction path.
Privacy and deletion
Privacy requests and account deletion requests can be sent to the same support address. Account deletion instructions are also available on the public deletion page.
